During FELC, students expand their understanding of ethical leadership, the qualities and business knowledge required to be a business owner/operator or an entrepreneur, and the merits of our nation’s free enterprise system. Additional emphasis is placed on developing a strong moral compass and setting and achieving personal and professional goals. No past business or leadership training is required to participate. Students should be rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors in high school and have a passion to learn and readiness to exhibit maturity and fortitude. All applicants are required to provide their own travel to and from the program and must arrive with a parent/guardian/authorized adult.
